Although not directly related to UX Design, I am able to see the parallels with UX due to heavy interaction with guests and always keeping their best interest in mind. Aside from having to meet stakeholder needs and frequently present ideas to them, I also constantly gathered feedback from guests and incorporated it towards bettering each event. This was all to increase guest satisfaction and retention, which tends to be a goal in UX Design as well.
• Streamlined event operations by organizing the agenda through effective communication and request management, while also managing administrative duties and compiling necessary event documentation
• Researched and presented potential event gift selections to Casino Executives, while analyzing guest interests to establish a welcoming environment and appropriate accommodations
• Led Special Events Clerks in the setup, execution, and guest gift distribution, including neatly wrapping 70+ gifts per event
• Reviewed and updated formats, documents, rules, printed pieces and expenses
